Review: Friday 16,2014 early evening I took my car to Octopus Car Wash. 4519 n green bay ave Milwaukee Wisconsin To receive the full service wash, dress dash and ultra package. This service was approximately 7min. After I paid for the service and watch the attendant drive my car up to the wash machine where my vehicle was not visible. From that time to the time where the last attendant pulled my car up to the final attendants to finalize my wash service. I entered my car while one of the attendant made a smart remark about my rims. I didn't give him the satisfaction because I knew he was unprofessional and very ignorant. As I pulled off I notice my change in my car coin holder was missing. I called Octopus Car Wash and spoke with the manager. He informed me he would give me a call back after reviewing the video footage about my car. He then calls me back 12 minutes later to inform me that he had fired one of the attendant who he believed to be fondling around in my car. He also informed me that he will place my name on the wash list for a free wash whenever I decide to come back. Which I will never do. I was robbed and lied to because no one was fired. I will never take my vehicle to this car wash ever again. The car wash attendants look like men who was released from prison. They are unprofessional thieves even the manager. Its a disgraced the men workers will take from hard working women. And I am sure that I am not the olny one who became victim to this crime they are all crooks. if I find a extra charge on my credit card I will report them To the news,the Revdex.com again and will file a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: I want them out of business. Because this incident has gone on for far to long.

On Friday May 16th, 2014, around 4:30 pm I received a phone call from a customer who identified herself as [redacted]. She informed me that she drove a Gray Lexus IS 250 and expressed concern that she believed some change (coins) had been taken from her vehicle. I apologized for any inconvenience and asked what time she had stopped in so I could find and view the video of her vehicle on our security camera system. I took down her contact information, let her know I would view the footage, and that get back with her as soon as possible.

Review: Took my car here on Saturday, January 17 to get a car wash. While waiting in line to get my car washed, I took my GPS (Garmin nuvi) off of my windshield and put it inside the center console of my car. I left my car at the entrance to allow them to clean the inside and drive it into the automated car wash line. I paid, then went to my car. There was a dirty tower sitting on the top of my center console. I thought nothing of it. I proceeded to drive home. I then opened the center console to replace my GPS and found it was missing. Someone at the carwash took it. I called them, and I spoke with someone I presume was in management. I told them the situation and they told me they would check video cameras, search their employees and call me back at the end of the day.They never called me back that day. The next day, I called them inquiring about the status of my situation. Some different manager came on and told me they checked the video and found nothing. I asked for some sort of reimbursement to make things right and they refused. They offered me a free car wash, which I refused (obviously). I am never going back there again.Desired Settlement: Compensation of the value of a new equivalent GPS.
