We have reached out to the client to provide an explanation of the application of the payments, provided the requested payoff and also advising that we will waive any late feesWe also have advised client to reach out to senior management if any further questions or concerns

This client did talk to us about our process and was not comfortable signing into his account RocketLoans is committed to combating fraud and protecting privacy -- this client's experience goes towards that commitment The client's bank likely has not heard of our process because it is
new technology, but it would be similar to someone linking their Fidelity accounts or tracking their accounts through Mint There is an iframe for the client to securely log into their own account We do not get the client's username and password--the client is communicating directly with his bankWe have a third-party vendor then take a snapshot of days of transactions from the client's account to ensure the customer is not a fraudster and to confirm the client's income from direct deposits Again, RocketLoans and its vendors do not save or ask for username and password--we see the client's bank statements similar to as if the client printed them out and sent them to us, but by the client logging into his account we protect our self from someone presenting us with fraudulent bank statements

RocketLoans informed the client of the correction and that the client's next payment is not due until his regular May payment date

This individual did not pay us for any service. We do not accept payments from consumers for any service. Consumers can use our site to apply for a loan through our partner bank, Cross River Bank. This individual does not have a loan with Cross River Bank that RocketLoans is
servicing. Because this is not a client of RocketLoans or Cross River Bank, RocketLoans would not and has not been contacting this individual
