Quick Environmental made many attempts to help the client with numerous site visitsWe were surprised to hear back from a client after almost a year Did it not rain for a year? Why come back so late? He is trying to run a scam so we have to pay for his basement wallWe have never had this
problem occur in years in businessWe sent a field technician to run a test to prove that it was not coming from our work and it proved successfulHe had water going directly on the pipes and nothing came inWe told him the water was coming from another entry point.How does it cost $to put some cement around a inch pipe? It doesn't make sense We have done over 10,jobs and never had this type of problem

Mr. [redacted] bought the house in a short sale and there were existing problems with the furnace that should of been reported by during the home inspection period. out there numerous times for you leaking pump which we did not touch at all. Our techs explained this to Mr. [redacted] while they were out there and we did not charge him to come out. Your pump failure has nothing to do with our installation of the oil tank. Our technicians started the heater before they left to make sure it was working. The township inspector gave Quick Environmental approval inspection stickers for both the installation and removal of the oil tank . Our oil tank installation job would have failed inspection If we did the job incorrectly.
