My name is *** ***, and I am the owner of the Merry Maids office who did the cleaning I spoke with Ms*** the next day concerning her complaints I told her that I would offer her a free cleaning at her new address, but she declined saying that she didn't trust my company
I then told her that I needed to speak with my cleaning ladies, and then I would get back to her When speaking to them, they said that upon entering the apt., the light was hanging from the ceiling They didn't clean the mirror thinking that the fixture might fall Upon seeing the picture, it looked to me that it could easily have been put back in the ceiling by the apartment's handy man Ms*** sent me a picture of the two crumbs on the countertop as well as the trash bag left on the porch She also stated that the air was left on, my ladies were there from 12:to 1: Ms*** agreed that they could use the air while there as the day was very warm, but my cleaners should have turned it off after leaving I asked her for a copy of her bill so that I could figure out the kilowatt hour charge for the three and a half hours that it was on after the team left She and I finally settled on a 15% discount which was given to her the day of her final email. I have been the franchise owner of this business for and 1/years If I didn't take care of my customers, I would have never lasted this long I did everything I could to try and please her, and I thought she was happy with the discounted cleaning That is what she imparted to me
