We had propertyto sell to close an estate months ago, recently we received a tax bill for the property that was past dueSo my wife contacted Avenue to close to see why this bill was sent to usNo one in the office could explain why this happened after speaking to different employeesAll said that they would look into it and call backThis transposed over a two week period, no one ever call us back, rude! We discovered on our own that the deed was never transfered, and Ben said he has been working on this for months, that's hard for me to believe,I can build a home in monthsWe finally had our realtor, and lawyer call Avenue to close to get some action from this companyMy opinion on this company is watch everything closely and double check everything
