As with all customer concerns we take people's comments very seriously, both complimentary and derogatory The current promotion we are running includes a two sided mailed flyer with a scratch off circle and pull tabs The customer is instructed to scratch off the circle, then lift the pull tabs If the customer matches any number underneath a pull tab with the scratched off number then the customer is guaranteed to win one of the prizes listed on the pull tab, depending on which number was matched Clearly marked on the pull tab this customer pulled and matched to the scratched off number it says "up to $Walmart Card" I have attached in pdf format a copy of the front and back of the flyer this customer received, and of which was mailed out to many in the surrounding areas, so it is plainly seen what the flyer says and how the customer was mistaken in not reading fully what the prize won indicated In regards to the complainant's phone call and being told that she had in fact won a $gift card to Walmart, the phone call was answered as our staff is trained to answer any and all calls into the dealership When the customer indicated she had a winning number, the customer was instructed to bring the flyer into the dealership so that we may verify her winning numbers At no time was there an indication or affirmation to the customer that she had in fact won a $gift card to Walmart The exact wording to the customer was that there is a chance you won "up to a $gift card if you have matching numbers".As stated, we take all of our customers comments seriously and in no way would we do anything to deceive or to lie to a customer Our reputation is exactly the opposite of this, and has been since the inception of Wollert Automotive (formerly Wollert GMC) Please see attached copies of the flyer/mailer which is the piece in question Regards; Wollert Automotive

Review: I placed an order with this company on 11/04/2014. I received a tracking number saying that the item shipped on 11/06/2014. I did not receive the package and contacted [redacted] who advised that the package was delivered to the post office, but no tracking was available. On November 12, I contacted the Avenue, and was told that someone would contact me back after they researched it further. I did not receive a call back. On November 18th, I contacted Avenue and was advised that they did not know where the package was at, but they would provide an estimated guess on when the package would be returned to the company. This estimated guess would be on 11/26/2014. They advised that I would have to wait until the package was received to issue a refund. They stated that I could not pick up the item from the store. At this time, I have not received a package, there is not any tracking on the package, and I do not have my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 12/02/2013. I received a tracking number saying that the item shipped on 12/11/2013. The tracking number was not valid. I contacted the company again and was assured that the package would be here on 12/23/2013. They still could not provide me a tracking number. I did not recieve the package on 12/23/2013. I once again contacted the company and they said it never shipped and they would over nite the package and I would have it on 12/26/2013. I argued and recieved an addition 50% off. On 12/26/2013 I still have not recieved the package. Again I contacted the company, they stated it did not leave the warehouse until 7:30 am on 12/26/2013. The company stated it would be 12/27/2013 before I received my package. At this time I am still waiting on my package!Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement and full refund. This was a gift and the person receiving the gift was very disappointed they have not received it yet.
