I purchased a new mattress set from this business due to my back problems of previous car accidentsThe mattress set on the showroom floor was way more comfortable than the new set I receivedI contacted the business , May 31st, 2017, within days of the purchase to return itThe owner contacted me back and ask me to just keep it for a couple of weeks to try it out and if it didn't work out, he would exchange it due to me removing the plastic covering from the mattress itselfI said okWe were out of town that 2nd week on family vacationI returned and constantly got the run around from this manHe texted me on June 19th, 2017, and ask me when I purchased it and that the store would be closed until later that weekThen he texts me and says, " Bear with meKeep it in te nag (bag) we can get it switched this weekI respond, ok I appreciate youDays go by, nothingI contact me on July 3rd, at 1:08pm, stating it's been another week since I've heard from him He responds
