Company claims to provide recent mailing lists at a reasonable price After we acquired the list we wanted and sent out mailings -- we had a half dozen complaints from people where names had changed over years prior -- thus indicating that the lists were so old as to be mostly worthless The email bounce rate exceeded 50% The postal return rate was equally unacceptable All complaints have gone without a response luckily I negotiated a 50% down, 50% on delivery payment term -- so I got a discount on getting screwed
We are a large national commercial real estate firm and paid for a list of doctor emailsThe bounce rate was 50%They back tracked on the language of 'opted in' emailsDo Not use their lists if you're going to send out on Constant ContactOur CC account manager set up a meeting to review the list due to the high bounce ratesI couldn't believe it, so my contact agreed to send out the list on their own marketing platformWe went back n' forth on a template (very, very basic design compared to CC) over several weeks and it was scheduled to go out on a Friday, then nothing, it never went out and no repliesI've called, left messages and emails, no responseThis is a very flaky business in my experience

We are a large national commercial real estate firm and paid for a list of doctor emails. The bounce rate was 50%. They back tracked on the language of 'opted in' emails. Do Not use their lists if you're going to send out on Constant Contact. Our CC account manager set up a meeting to review the list due to the high bounce rates. I couldn't believe it, so my contact agreed to send out the list on their own marketing platform. We went back n' forth on a template (very, very basic design compared to CC) over several weeks and it was scheduled to go out on a Friday, then nothing, it never went out and no replies.
