Ms. [redacted] called 6/10/16 for a service call on her a/c. We told her we would be out to her house and that there would be a $79.00 service call. Upon showing up we found the a/c running but the condensor coil was dirty. There is nothing else you can check untill the a/c coil is cleaned. We charged... her $74.00 to clean a/c. After cleaning coil the a/c system seemed to be working. Ms. [redacted] called back and said a/c still was not working. We went back over at no extra charge to check a/c again and found a/c not working. I told Ms. [redacted] the coil had to be cleaned at a minimum before anything else could be checked and that was all we charged her for. I told her $79.00 was the service call and I was not going to refund her $153.00. I offered her $50.00 but that was not good enough for her, so I didn't send any money. I will do what BBB thinks is fair.

I have used this company since and have never had a problem They are courteous and always on time
