This company has had our ** Air Conditioner since 05/01/2014 and this is the 12th of May they have never contacted us during this time we had to contact them on 05/08/2014 and they said they would deliver it on 05/09/2014 between the hours of 1-4pm, at 4pm we called them and they said that they never told us they would deliver it on 05/09/2014 it was a gentleman, when we contacted them on 05/08/2014 we had spoken to a woman...this gentlemen informed us that we was not on schedule till 05/12/2014 and when we stated the conversation on 05/08 he claimed he didn't no what we was talking about..it would be here between 1-4 pm on 05/12/2014 it is now 4:19pm and we had called them back now this man is saying between 5-6:30pm...this trucking company has had our air conditioner since 05/01 and it sounds as though they are giving us another run around this is very unprofessional and unacceptable and I felt the need to contact you on this matter...We will never use this company again...the air conditioner is comming from a factory warranty from ** which in it's self is another long story...this has been a 2 month fight and we feel as though this trucking company is very in the wrong...
