ThePromDresses.com recieved an order from [redacted] on Wednesday April 19, 2017. The customer ordered an evening gown for $498.00 and stated an event date of June 1, 2017. The order was placed with our Free Ground Shipping option which is estimated at 7-10 business days. The order total is...

$498.00. An automated email summary of the order is emailed at the time of order to the email address entered on the order. A copy of the order invoice has been attached. The email address provided for this order was [redacted] and all automated email communication, confirmation, and tracking information for the order was emailed to that email address. The order was processed and an email confirmation was sent on April 20, 2017 confirming that the order would ship approximately April 28, 2017. A copy of this email confirmation is attached. The order shipped on April 27, 2017. An email with the order tracking information was sent to [redacted] once the order shipped.  We received an email from [redacted] on April 25, 2017 asking for a confirmation on the order placed for [redacted]  We were able to link her email to the order placed by [redacted] and Shipping to [redacted] We replied to confirm that the order placed by [redacted] was confirmed to ship approximately April 28, 2017 and that we would email tracking information once the order shipped.  A copy of this email communication and all email communication that followed is attached. [redacted] then emailed that she didn't receive her tracking information on May 3, 2017. The tracking information is an automated email that was sent to [redacted]. We replied with the tracking information and confirmed that the package was scheduled for delivery the following day on May 4, 2017. On May 5, 2017 [redacted] writes again and states she has not received her package.  [redacted] never acknowledged that the email address on file for her order was different than the email address that she was communicating from. All of the emails pertaining to her order were sent to [redacted] and she was emailing from [redacted]. We replied with proof of delivery on May 4, 2017. The local postal carrier confirmed delivery to her front door at 9:35am on May 4, 2017.  We replied stating that if she still did not have her package that we would need to open an investigation.  We did not hear back from [redacted] again until May 16, 2017 at which time she emailed that she located her package on the side of her house and that she wanted to return the order.  As the order was confirmed to have been delivered on May 4, 2017 we were unable to honor the request for a return 12 days later. Our return policy requires that all return requests be made within 3 days of delivery.  I replied to [redacted]'s email that we were unable to accept the return at this point.  [redacted] called and I explained that the delivery was confirmed on May 4, 2017 and that with no further communication from her from May 5, 2017 to May 16, 2017 that we were not able to accept a return. [redacted] did not state that she was out of town and never stated a reason why she didn't search her property for her package (valued at $498.00) once it was confirmed to have been delivered on May 4, 2017.  We have attached [redacted] and [redacted] tracking details for her [redacted]
