RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. The business response is not clear to me. The requested pictures were sent and still show in this file. I would be happy for them to come out and remove the bad grout and replace with good grout, seal and refinish the tub, at AVERY CONSTRUCTION expense. The tub was new in box and approved by AVERY. It was not chipped or cracked upon purchase, but chipped and cracked when installed. Francisco told me that he had to fight it to get it in because he had build (from scratch) a new frame for the original tub and not this one. Please let me know if this is acceptable. Regards, [redacted]

Ive already replied to this email and haven’t gotten a replyI still have not received the imagesAs far as the crack in the tub, it’s our belief that we did not cause the damage. *** is very experienced and our longest tenured employee. The tile saw has rubber boots on it. And it is common practice to have it in the tub because it uses water when cutting the tile, so the water has a place to drain. Also, if it is a defective tub, the customer purchased the tub and would have to reach out to the manufacturer to warranty/replacement workOur agreement also stated that the customer was to pay all material costs. I told her we were not charging her for all of the additional materials we paid out of pocket to compensate for delays and additional visitsWe also paid out of pocket for carpet cleaningIt is our belief that the customer was satisfied with the completion of the bathroom remodel because she also called us out for additional work and additional estimates after the completion on the remodelRegardless, we want to make sure the customer is satisfiedI can get the tub sealed and resurfaced for $If she would like us to send someone out to do it, I can schedule a date/time, and it will not be FranciscoIf she would prefer to use someone else, we can offer $as compensationAs far as the grout, I need pictures to assess any damage or work that needs to be done before I can offer anything for compensation
