I have thick curly hair, and I have had many bad hair cuts in my life because people just don't know how to cut thick curly hairBut this hair cut is one of the worst I've hadI went in told her I needed it shortened a lot, she told me "So you need long layers, and want it framing your face?" I thought wow, great she knows what I need, and I said, "Yes." She finished very quickly and I had to stop her from putting product in my hair because it needed to be shorter and I could see it was cut very bluntly at the bottomAfter some persuading I got her to put a couple layers in around my faceI was focused on that area and the fact that she clearly didn't know how to style my hairI thought no big deal, I'll fix it later, that part isn't permanentI gave her a hefty tip and leftThe next day I went to try to style my hair and find SHE DIDN'T LAYERMaybe a few layers at the bottom, but its so thick and heavy at the bottom it even looks bad in a pony tailSO DISAPPOINTED
