I have thick curly hair, and I have had many bad hair cuts in my life because people just don't know how to cut thick curly hair. But this hair cut is one of the worst I've had. I went in told her I needed it shortened a lot, she told me "So you need long layers, and want it framing your face?" I thought wow, great she knows what I need, and I said, "Yes." She finished very quickly and I had to stop her from putting product in my hair because it needed to be shorter and I could see it was cut very bluntly at the bottom. After some persuading I got her to put a couple layers in around my face. I was focused on that area and the fact that she clearly didn't know how to style my hair. I thought no big deal, I'll fix it later, that part isn't permanent. I gave her a hefty tip and left. The next day I went to try to style my hair and find SHE DIDN'T LAYER. Maybe a few layers at the bottom, but its so thick and heavy at the bottom it even looks bad in a pony tail. SO DISAPPOINTED.
