I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was towedWe are a parking permit community onlyWe have signs in the front of all of our entrances into the communityWe inform all of our residents to ensure that they get a visitor pass from the resident centerYou had mentioned that your pass was expired When there is an expired pass then vehicles are towed because they have extended the adequate allowed for them to be on communityThis can be avoided in the future by just getting a new passI appreciate that you took the time to write this and if you have further questions you can contact us at [email protected] or you can call our resident center at [redacted]

The towing company takes the vehicles that they see when they are out patrollingThey had been instructed to make sure all vehicles are removed at the time they comeIf they patrol and the vehicle that you are mentioning is not out at that time then they cannot take itYou are more than welcome to report any repeat offenders to the towing company directlyPlease contact the resident center for any other questions [redacted] Thank you

Complaint: *** This company doesn't care about the customers they "serve"The towing company they use is a terrible company and yet they still allow them to come through and take hardworking peoples cars awayThey don't tow every car that out of compliance, they tow select cars and that isn't fairMy car was at the very back of the complex and all the cars in the front that didn't have a pass were allowed to start parked where they wereIf Avesta really cared they would enforce the rules for ALL the cars and stop using J and J towingThey have terrible service as well and I'll be glad when my mom moves and I no longer have to deal with this apartment complex

I am rejecting this response because: Avesta Solano never replaced my lights and my ceiling fans. The only appliance they...

replaced was the stove. Three weeks ago, I went to the office to remind them about it and [redacted] (leasing agent) told me she didn't know when they were going to fix my lights and ceiling fans because they're currently short of staff. Unfortunately they only had one maintenance staff working that day. To this day my lights and ceiling fans have not been fixed yet. I have to use scotch tape to hold the switch to make it work. It seems to be an electrical shortage in the light switch.

I am rejecting this response because:The response I received stated that the towing company takes pictures. So verify the pictures that they have for the towing occurrence to myself and the Revdex.com. If there are infact pictures then they will confirm my parking pass is on the vehicle, unaltered. And if no pictures are provided, the vehicle should not have been removed from the lot in the first place without proof of violation. Will be awaiting proof. Thanks
