lease agreement with Avesta to lease apartment home ***Resident’s current lease expires on May 21, At that time, it was explained to the Resident that, while Avesta has ample open parking for its residents, there is a limited number of reserved, covered parking spaces that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.During the duration of Resident’s lease, the Resident has submitted work orders for numerous service requests, including a number of the items listed in the complaintUpon reviewing our records, Avesta had also responded to, and resolved, all work orders previously received in a timely mannerAs of the date that Avesta received the Revdex.com complaint, Resident did not have any open work orders requiring Avesta’s attentionTwo of the issues raised in the Revdex.com complaint, the water heater and the screen door, had not been submitted to Avesta for work to be performedWhen Avesta was made aware of new matters, Avesta teammates immediately went to the Resident’s apartment home to inspect the apartment and to ensure that any outstanding matters were resolvedOn January 10, 2018, Avesta’s service teammate was advised by *** *** (roommate to Resident) that there were no problems in this apartment homeThe Avesta teammates specifically inquired about the garbage disposal, water heater and A/C unit in which *** stated that everything was working fine and no additional attention was needed at this timeAvesta is prepared to repair or replace the items if any work is requested in the future.In regards to the assigned parking spot, Avesta has placed the Resident on the waitlist to be assigned a covered, reserved parking spotThere are a limited number of covered and reserved parking spacesAdditionally, the covered and reserved parking spot will be in a location near the Resident’s buildingThere is limited parking and, unfortunately, there are still other residents before Resident on this listResidents move up the list once other residents move out and their parking spot becomes availableAvesta is monitoring closely the Resident’s building to ensure that he be given an assigned parking spot upon availability.In conclusion, Avesta is making the issues presented in the Resident’s complaint a top priority and has been working diligently to resolve these issue
