Worst customer service, worst policiesI was looking to extend the course (Six sigma Black Belt) for individuals at our company which is free if you do it before the course expires (year) and it lapsed by days and they would not reactivate without charging a fee of $EACHWe already spent $6,on seats for the course and to reactivate of them, they needed an additional $1, We will not be using this program for any future company needs There are no phone numbers to call to speak with someoneYou must leave a message and someone will get back to youTakes a day or for a response and all responses are via emailI have specified that I want to speak with someone and need a phone call in return and still have yet to have someone call me

Aveta Business Institute offers online certification for Six Sigma Green BeltI paid the (large) fee and took and passed all of the testsTheir website said I would be receiving a certificate in my email inboxI never received a certificate (nor is it in my junk folder) and I can no longer login to my accountWhen I try to call their customer service, no one is available to talk to over the phoneThrough email, they've told me that I didn't complete everything, but cannot tell me what I failed to complete and refuse to give me additional detailsThey are saying that if I pay an extra $dollars, they will reopen my account and let me retake the tests, but I already took and passed themThis seems like extortion

I received my lean six sigma black belt book in good time and then once I completed the project it was graded in the time frame given I received my certificate You do have a year I believe to complete the program I wish they had a more established network like ASQ but was happy with it overall and much cheaper Plus the ASQ make you recertify and PAY again

Aveta Business Institute wants your money but has the worst customer service I've ever experiencedThey allow you to complete the Six Sigma Black Belt course in one year, extendable up to years total with no extra charge if you request the extension before the one year markNow if you were me and you've been in coma in hospital after completing all the courses and exams them missed to submit the project to get the certificate, well you'd be out of luckI completed all courses and exams well before the one year mark and only need to submit my projectUnfortunately ended in the hospital for a long time and wasn't able to submit the project or ask for the free extension before the year mark (I should have contacted them from my coma)When I came back and explained my situation (this after the one year mark but still under years), they had no consideration for my caseThey wanted me to pay an extra $(not free, not $20) in addition to the $that I've initially paid them, this just to receive my projectUser agreement and policies were their justifications for their positionEven actual colleges and universities are this cruelAfter multiple emails with them, I've realized Aveta Business Institute is not about promoting Six Sigma, it's just about $$$Learn from my case case and make they don't get youAs of me, my time and money are lost because, I have no extra $to pay themYou've been warned! I wished somebody warned me

Truly one of the worst customer service departments I've ever worked with. I paid for an online certification that I didn't use right away ( I should have paid attention to lapse dates) however, when I attempted to contact them, I received no response several times until finally, the response I received threatened legal action if I didn't pay their additional fees to reinstate my membership and the course I had already paid for once. I wouldn't recommend this company to a person I disliked, much less someone trying to juggle multiple commitments.
