I ordered Lysol spray, 4 Lysol cleaners, 2 purell wipes, and 2 Clorox Healthcare Bleach Germicidal Wipes. When I received my items the 2 Purell Wipes and 2 Clorox Healthcare Bleach Germicidal Wipes had no seal. Both had no seal and there were no tops on them. All 4 wipes container look to be used and the tops were broken. I have pictures. I emailed the company, and explained that there were not seals on the items. One of the owners Vanessa sent an email back and threating to take legal action for the integrity of ACS Products. Someone from the company not only threat me with an email to take legal action, but they continued to call my phone. Not only has this company sold used items, but has harassed me by way of phone and threat me.

Good Evening:Last August 7th ACS PRODUCTS PLUS received an email from *** at 1:08 PM (Copy of the email sent by *** below).The email from *** was short and intense with the accusations that we sold used items. I proceeded to contact *** by phone immediately to obtain additional details about her claims hoping to find a resolution.It is a regular practice from any of the ACS PRODUCTS PLUS employees to reach out to any customers experiencing any problems with their order or to answer any question regarding our products. It is understandable some customers just like to have additional information or find the answers that will address their concerns. I asked *** for details and to let us know what drove her to that conclusion. She proceeded by accusing us again that we sold used products and she wanted her money back. I explained to *** as much as she allowed me to speak that we sell authentic and new products as stated on the product description for each item in our website. I tried to explain to the customer we receive our products from multiple reputable vendors and we are confident about the authenticity of the product. Some of the Clorox Wipes, Lysol Wipes and other wipes canisters we sell do not come with a seal from factory. *** proceeded by interrupting me saying she didn’t care about that because we were lying. All she wanted was her money back.I told her there were simple ways to confirm the veracity of my words. She could contact the companies that made these products and confirm the information I was providing is correct. I told her if we were doing something wrong we will assume responsibility. In this case it is more than that. It is about the reputation of my business. At that point the phone call got disconnected. ( I am just assuming that was the case). I proceeded to contact *** again. I tried twice but she didn’t answered. Our phone records reveal how many times *** was contacted and how long were those conversations for. We spoke for about 3 minutesI am providing a copy of the email sent to *** along with the pictures provided to her. I emailed *** 1 time only several minutes after the brief phone conversation. (COPY OF THAT EMAIL BELOW).Because we were dealing with a customer concerned about the authenticity of the products I recommended her to contact the manufacturers directly and we provided pictures to help her find the manufacturer contact information and fabrication codes that must be present on each product by law. This codes will be helpful during a telephone call with the manufacturers. I recommended as well to find the manufacturers contact information by reviewing their websites. I understood her accusations were very serious and she could easily accuse us that the labels on the products weren’t authentic either. I made her aware that we viewed this accusations very seriously because our business reputation is valuable to us. We will stand strong to defend the reputation of our business even if that require to pursue legal action. She was and she still demanding a very small amount as a refund. The size of a monetary is not what matters. I don’t agree to refund a small amount or a large amount when the customer is making defamation claims. Agreeing to refund any amount it is agreeing that her claims are correct when that is incorrect.The customer haven’t give us ANY opportunity to demonstrate we are a legit, honest and established veteran owned business. We are proud of who we are, what we do for our customers and how we conduct business. *** was contacted 3 times after she reached out to us with false claims and I emailed her once (copy below). We never attempted to contact her again. Once again her “harassment” claims are false.Her accusations are just her personal assessment and have no foundation. *** disputed part of her credit card transaction with her bank. This is currently under review and awaiting for a final resolution from the bank.Thank you
