On May 2013 [redacted] purchased a brand new ring from us for $4,000.00
In a month we received an email from her stating that the stone fell out. We take the damage/stone loss very...

seriously and offered a repair for no charge. Things happen and stones do fall put depending on how you treat the ring. We set the new stone and shipped it back to [redacted]. On July we received another email that the stone fall out again and she asked for a replacement of the ring, meaning a brand new one. The ring that was sold was one of a kind design and a manufacture company does not just have in stock. [redacted] then emailed that she'll be sending the ring through a friend who'll be traveling to NYC. We received a ring in December with missing stones. We replaced the stones, tightened the prong, cleaned the ring, we made sure that all stones are set tight. [redacted] picked the ring up in the following week. In January 2014 we received an email from [redacted] again that the stone fell out and she'll be sending it through her friend. It's been only a month since we repaired the ring, and tightened all prongs, and replaced the diamonds. So we set the diamond again and shipped it to [redacted]. On May 2014, [redacted] sent us another email that another stone fell out, and she demanded a full refund. We explained to [redacted] that we'll gladly process an exchange/trade to another one. On July 2014 [redacted] came to our store and looked at other rings, I personally offered her to exchange her current ring to a different one, because we can't keep replacing the stones for no charge. I explained to her that this is the last time we're repairing the ring for no charge, and I offered her again to trade the ring to another one. They agreed to our terms and decided to keep the ring. In a month she sent us an email that she wants now a new ring that she saw in our store. The ring that she saw has more carat weight and it's brand new, so we explained that we'll take the ri ng back and give her a new ring but she'll have to pay the difference of $1,950.00 we were ready to take in the used ring for a new one. She was outraged and refused for any additional payments. She threatened us to leave negative feedbacks in every sites possible if we don't meet her requirements. And so she did. And now she wants a full refund for the ring that was fixed so many times and we're not even mentioning the diamonds that we replaced, we had to pay for all of this, we never questioned her that why the stones were falling out that often, what did/does she do with the ring. We did whatever is possible to come to an agreement with [redacted], we offered a trade-in, an exchange, and another repair. I respectfully ask to close the case in our favor.
Thank you,

Review: Bought a diamond setting ring from the store and the diamonds keep falling out.Have brought the ring back twice now to get it fixed and another stone has fallen out.Wanted a refund and they would not give it to me so I offered to trade the ring in to get another for the same value i.e. $3500.00, they said they would not trade the ring in and offered me $1000.00 for the ring on a trade in.Now I want a refund,i'm afraid that if I get the trade in and there is a problem with that ring, they won't do anythin g for me.Desired Settlement: A refund of $3500.00 is sufficient seeing I have paid extra to get work done on the ring so it would fit my finger (an insert put into the ring) plus one of the clasps broke and I paid to get this fixed.
