I hire this company to do a remodelation of my bathroom most for comment on nextdoor website and because the company has insured.
He came to my house an promised an excellent job completed in 7 days. He spend 3 weeks and we were found one mistake to another mistake and he did the shower floor uneven,the tile were installed wrongly, the floor tile of the bathroom uneven,the new vanities installed badly and left two broken drawers.the painting completed bad. He couldn't install the glass shower and worse he throw with the garbage pieces. The toilet was installed bad and its moving now.
I spend $4250 labor and Supplies 7,000
Now l need to hire another handyman to fix all the damage he did to my project.
Refund I have to by new vanities,new tiles and tiles for the floor, uninstall the shower glass and re do the painting and re-install the new vanities and toilet. We wanted to this company to be responsible for the damage he made to my bathroom but we don't wanted he touch our bathroom. Dealing with an insured company we need to repair all the damage and be responsible for the repair we have to incurred because of his unprofessional job.
To whom this may concern:
The client and I discussed specific items to be removed and replaced. I created a description that specified in details of this job.
Remove bathtub and replace with shower pan and install Standard basic framed sliding shower doors. Plumbing for this is included.
Remove and replace tile surrounding tub.
Remove and replacedrywall with duracement board behind tile in bathtub area.
Remove and replace bathroom floor tile.
(Tile for both shower and floor area 9/8ft).
Remove and replace two Vanities. Plumbing for this is included.
Install tile above both vanities. 12 in H x 9 ft L.
Remove and replace toilet.
Remove wall between both vanities.
Remove exhaust fan and replace, Install one spotlight, electric for this is included.
Paint bathroom ceiling and bathroom surrounding walls,
The owners continuously interrupting me on numerous occasions, trying to tell me how to do my job. The job description explains, installation of standard basic sliding shower doors and they decided to pick an extremely heavy duty top quality sliding door, which were extremely heavy and only one person was not able to lift this. I explained to this to them and I also tried to explain to them that, this was not included in the job description but, they were adamant about it they even offered their assistance to help me install it. I was trying to keep them happy and the husband even showed up and just started helping me so we both installed the sliding doors together to his satisfaction ,
If you look at the job description, you will see there was no electrical outlets described in this estimate aThe owners were continuously on my back and told me I had to move the electrical outlets above the vanities and change the wiring on the 2 lights ,they wouldn't stop interrupting me while I was working so again, to try to make them happy, I went ahead and moved them at no extra charge.
It seems like no matter what I was doing, they were just never happy and this is why this job took an extra two weeks.The customer was demanding more work at no charge.
The tiles on the shower floor was installed twice as customer requested,
At the very end did a full walk through with the customer to his satisfaction and explain them every step of the job work and they even gave me the thousand dollar deposit that they had been holding on to the entire time while this job process was taking place. If they weren't happy then why did they give me that thousand dollars? Then why didn't they say anything to me? Why now did they wait two whole months to file a complaint against me? This just doesn't make any sense.

I hire another person to fix all the mistakes the previous contractor did. The bathroom drain it was full of pieces of garbage from the demolition. We don't wanted him to comeback to my house. There is so many mistakes and lazy job he did. We are replacing everything now.
I attach pictures of his job, copy of the agreement, pictures of what the new person found in the bathroom floor. He putted tile over the damage floor that when we complaint trying to fixed, He did not replace the old metal, The shower door that what was looking when he try to installed and he lost pieces and we hire another person who installed property.
I only request from his company to be responsible for all the damage he did in my bathroom.
He put all my bathroom pictures on Facebook hiding the imperfections.

I took the time to satisfy the customer and was happy with the results and he never contact me after the last payment or complain or gave me a chance to come and resolve any issues,
Toilet was install and working properly ,vanities installed correct and no plumbing issues ,
was no reason to replace them or to replace the shower pan floor,
The customer should contact me to resolve any issues before he hire another man to do unnecessary repairs,
We always go behind to satisfied all our customers ,
This the only complain that I received from a customer
And I'm very sorry he didn't gave me the option to solve the issue.
