Narang is the property manager of the house that I have been renting since September of 2014. I informed him on January 6, 2020, that our water heater started leaking profusely on January 5, 2020, and that my neighbor helped my son turn off the hot water. *** did not respond. I contacted *** again on January 7, 2020 for assistance with the heater. *** responded stating that he did not get my message on January 6, 2020 and that he would send someone out the same day to check the water heater. I informed *** that the water heater started back leaking and that we did not turn back on the hot water. No one came to my home nor contacted me. I contacted *** again on January 8, 2020. *** responded saying that he was trying to arrange to have someone come out to service the water heater. No one came or called. I contacted the property owner *** on January 9, 2020. He did not respond. I contacted *** again on January 10, 2020. He responded advising that he would try and have someone come and service the water heater on Saturday, January 11, 2020. No one came. I contacted the owner on *** and *** on Monday, January 12, 2020. No one responded. I contacted Fair Housing, code enforcement and a number of other agencies for help. *** of Fair Housing asked me to contact the property manager and request that he come to see I the heater. She advised if he did not respond that she would contact him. My daughter called *** back after 4pm to advise that no one responded. *** stayed that she would contact the property manager. I
I did not hear back from anyone. On January 13, 2020, I contacted *** and *** asking for them to send someone to service the water heater. The ***, building inspector for ***, inspected the water heater, he stated that he could contact the owner to force them to replace the water heater. *** sent a plumber to my home around 4 pm.
