Contracted in May for year of alarm monitoring with AVIFor most of the year, I was unable to reach the contact and unable to get him to return to my home to troubleshoot a sensor issueHe just never responded to emails or phone messagesTowards the end of April after months of not being able to reach anyone, I received a notice to pay a yearly fee for another year of alarm monitoring (2018/2019)Prior to the end of April, I changed alarm monitoring companies and ceased using AVII wrote a note on the bill and sent it back to them that the service was to be cancelled effective immediatelyI then received a new bill at the end of May with the yearly fee listed as days past dueI called the number on the statement and got a voicemailThat was days ago and no one has returned my callVery poor customer service the entire time Product_Or_Service: alarm monitoring Account_Number:***
I have been a customer since and recently needed to speak with the company to change an alternate phone numberI called and left a call back message on 5/11, again on 5/and again on 6/I cannot get anyone to respond
