I had the most bizarre customer service experience with this businessThese ladies are so bad at their job it was actually amusingThey are all rude, childish, condescending, and unprofessionalI am certain this business will be going under any day nowAnyway, my sister called to cancel a plan and a lady named Barbra seemed quite offended by thatMy sister asked to speak to someone else so was transferred to someone named Tracy T*** of Member Service Office Manager)She was worst then the last woman and so we said that we told her would be making a complaintWe called corporate and low and behold its Tracy again! We asked she transfer us over to a higher up but instead she transferred up to her friend Glenda(Office Manager) She also had a tone with us and talked about how they are all best friends and godfearing! What? Such a strange groupRun by amateursStay away from this dental planThey are not trustworthy
