I am familiar with this customer and their claim However her accusations are not correct The trade show where
she purchased the three items at a wholesale total of $including the Turquoise she is complaining about Her claim of me forcing her to spend two hundred dollars is totally false She has a receipt with her totalThese items were all discounted 50% as is my policy for wholesale pricing (Spending $in my booth at the show) The Turquoise was labeled in the display at $2/gram The strand weighed grams and she was charged $ Ms *** has never requested to return her purchase for a refund (Policy is all sales final but I often make exceptions while at a show and allow for exchanges and sometimes refunds) She purchased a top quality product at half off the retail price Since then I have attempted to resolve the issue and have spent far too long on this issue At this point I am finished dealing with Ms ***She made her purchase and was fully informed of our policy She knew the price at the time of purchase and did not return while I was in Kansas City (day show) For these reasons I a finished with this issue.To recap; Ms *** received what she selected in person She had pricing explained to her by myself at the register and had no issues at that time She paid for and purchased the items and received the fifty percent discount as was advertised She has made no offer to return the product for refund and is attempting to extort me to give her further discounts I will no longer discuss the issue with Ms *** Sincerely*** ***s, Owner, Avian Oasis
