verbal and written statements just prior to the withdrawal of their child.They have also been sent two statements via certified mailThe first one was returned "Refused to sign"The second one has not been returned as of today.It is true she was blocked from my personal cellular phone numberThis was due to her numerous threats and constant badgeringShe is welcome to use our business line: 281-856-or our business email: [email protected] with regards to communication referring business matters. As for the EIN number, her W-has been in our files since Jan29, It is our policy not to mail these documents, since they contain personal informationShe has requested I hand deliver this document directly to her at the church we both attendI disagree with this form of doing business, which is why I have refused to comply with this awkward request.If we are conducting our business in a manner that is less than professional, please feel free to let us knowWe strive to maintain the highest level of quality in everything we do and this situation is no exception.Sincerely yours in Christ,Angelica ***Owner/Director ofChildlike Faith Academy281-856-
