Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Hi *** ***,
Thanks to you Avianne has refunded in full the original amount of $6,
However, they proceeded to charge my credit card for $and I don't know what that representsI did not authorize such charge and will dispute the amount with my credit card as unauthorized

Independent appraisals are only accurate if the stones were pulled out of the setting and weighed. There is no way to know exact carat weights without following the proper procedure. The customer acknowledged that the stones were not taken out of the piece.
In addition, the customer...

requested that the diamond chain be cut down from its original length of 32.5 inches to 19 inches. Generally, this is considered a custom order and we offer custom orders without the option of a refund. We are willing to make an exception in this particular circumstance. We also asked for an appraisal from the independent laboratory that the customer brought the chain to, and they have declined to present it. Here is what we are offering to rectify the customers complaints:
Full store credit.
Complete refund minus our shipping costs.

Stating your wifes health is not necessary. With that being said there is no bait and switch. We sold the item in our store with is the same period as it being purchased online. The item was out of stock at this point in time. We could not manufacture it at cost. We offered a similar item is return,...

granted the cost was several hundred in difference. We tried to meet the demand of the customer. He refused to upgrade to that item. So we went ahead and gave him a FULL refund. Since we could not fulfill the order, we offered the clients money back. At which point he started yelling at one of our employees and name calling him and completely disregarding that he is a person aswell. Reporting us to the Revdex.com is completely fine. However this was done after the client was refunded. We tried to accomodate as best to our ability.

Review: I ordered a size 11.5 14K gold tri color men's wedding band via the Avianne and Co website on 9/*. I received a call from a customer service rep on 9/* confirming the order. He stated that the order would be processed by the next day and will be shipped to me on 9/*. After not receiving the order for a couple days, I followed up with the management staff ([redacted]) to get confirmation about my order. ON 9/** his response was "Because of the large ring size, we are currently in the process of re-casting the ring in the requested size. This is a process which should be completed by friday, at which point we will have your order shipped overnight." After waiting Saturday - Tuesday, the order was still not delivered. I followed up again regarding the status of my order and the response I received was "The order has been completed today and it should ship today. You will have it by Thursday. The tracking number will be emailed to you once Fedex processes it." The order didn't arrive on Thursday. After speaking with [redacted] numerous times on 9/** we finally confirmed that the order will be delivered on Saturday, 9/**. I received the package today 9/** and the ring is the incorrect size! I ordered a size 11.5 and they shipped me a size 9 ring. My wedding is in less than 14 days and now I am left to scramble to replace this ring locally because of the terrible service received by this company.Desired Settlement: Immediate Refund for the cost of the ring ($594.75) credited to my credit card account no later than 9/** and for Avianne and Co to cover the cost of the return shipment of the ring they sent me.

Review: I purchased a gold necklace from the seller on August **, 2014 from there website. I had been awaiting a delivery notification after my purchase. Their website states that it can take up to 48 hours to process the order. I then call Avianne and Co. on August **, 2014 and spoke with a Customer Service Representative named [redacted]. He informed me that the gold necklace had been shipped earlier that day, however he did not have a tracking number to provide me. According to their website "Avianne & Co. will ship any order under $25,000 to an APO / FPO address, however we are not able to ship watches to APO / FPO addresses. We ship all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of processing your order. Most APO / FPO deliveries arrive within 5-10 days, but could take as long as 20 days. We will provide a tracking number upon shipment of your purchase so that you may track the package as it is en route to you." [redacted] informed me that he would try to obtain a tracking number for me and asked if I could call the following day to receive it. When I called the next day I spoke with [redacted] again who told me that he could not find the tracking number and in fact very rarely provide customers with APO addresses this information, which contradicts their policy concerning APO/FPO shipments. On August **, 2014 I called them once again because at this time I still haven't received the product. I spoke with [redacted] and asked him the status on my order, who then informed me that my order had been shipped on August **, 2014. Once again I was told that he could not provide me with a tracking number. The customer service and timeliness of service has been horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like to actually be given an accurate date as to when the product is shipped and provided an accurate tracking number for the order. I would also like to receive a refund for the shipping which was $65.00 due to the product not being shipped in a timely manner according to their shipping policy.

We shipped out the item as promised. We can not determine a time of arrival on a package that is shipped via postal service. On our website we state as the postal service Promises delivery with in 10-20 business days. We have no control over customs or shipping speed. That is out of our hands. However if the credit of $65.00 is of such importance we will gladly issue it. We did everything by the book and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. We also ensured, the best of shipping & handling quality. I understand [redacted] contacted us and spoke to one of our representatives named [redacted]. I did see in the records that he did in fact try to obtain the shipping information. Unfortunately USPS did not respond to our request. With that being said the package has been received with in the 20 day arrival period as USPS stated. We provide tracking information IF tracking information is provided to us. We can not hand out information that we do not have. We tried obtaining it for [redacted] several times. If we had shipped via FedEx where we have an account with a [redacted] we would be able to retrieve the information immediately. Clearly that isn't the case with USPS. I completely understand the situation may not have been in [redacted] favor, it hasn't been in our favor either. He contacted us several times. Every time we tried to make sure he was well taken care of.

Response:

Yes I would like a refund for shipping. Yes I understand that the policy states that the product could take up to 20 days to arrive, however it also states the shipment would take place within 48 hours of your purchase. I place my order on ** AUG 14. It was not shipped until ** AUG 14. This clearly exceeds the 48 hour shipping policy, which is within there control. Also I was lied to and told that it had shipped before that. This means that not only did they not ship it within the 48 hour window, they also lied about when it was shipped.

Review: In November 2012, I was searching for a groom wedding ring and went to the Avianne and Co website, the next day I called and I spoke over the phone with [redacted] and he advised me I could customer order a ring, we worked through a design, I paid $270 towards $2020 to pay the ring off and advised [redacted] I would not pay off the remaining until I was able to see the ring completed, [redacted] verbally agreed by phone we never never discussed a layaway plan, or never discussed non refundable issues, to me it was making a deal with a friend not a business. [redacted] assured me I was making the right choice, and advised me after paying the ring I would get a FedEx overnight shipment typical timeframe 24 hours. I assured him I was from AZ and had never conducted business out of state or by phone and explained the importance of this transaction. I called [redacted] and stayed in constant conact by email regarding the design of the ring. I finally received an email confimring the design, I advised him I would soon have the money. On August [redacted] I called [redacted] and reminded him I was getting married Sept. [redacted] and was excited to receive the ring, I paid him the remaining balance of $1750 (in all [redacted] was paid in two payments). Later I checked my account to see $2000 was credited by Avianne. I called [redacted] to find out why I was overcharged and to get the tracking number for the ring's shipment. [redacted] did not provide me a tracking number and I had to make continuous contact with [redacted] for a week trying to get the difference of my money he overcharged, refunded. [redacted] seemed frustrated, he finally refunded me the money, this was already a week after paying the ring. I then started to call, and text [redacted] asking for the tracking number for the ring and was questioning why I had not yet received the ring. [redacted] would not answer my text or phone calls, I started to worry because time was coming close my wedding date was September [redacted], 2013. Finally one Thursday Aug [redacted] picked up the phone, in a very rude tone, without saying hello he said "the ring is in the mail you will get it tomorrow," I said "hello," and he repeated his remark and we hung up. I waited Friday and even all day Saturday, nothing. I continued to text simply asking for the tracking number so I could track the package on my own. I waited for the FedEx truck as long as I could on my wedding date September [redacted], no Fed Ex delivery, I had to make other arrangements to get my ring to get married. I was married September [redacted], after that date I paid no mind to the delivery of the ring, I called my bank mid September and filed a dispute for the entire amount of the ring, they advised me I have a certain amount of time to dispute a charge and the $270 was out of the time limit but the $1750 would be disputed. After getting off of the phone with the bank I tried to contact [redacted] to get refunded for the difference of $270, no answer from [redacted]. On September [redacted] there was a FedEx door tag on my door, no name, looked up the tracking number it was from NY, I contacted FedEx and advised them to return the package to the sender, I called my bank with the door tag number and they advised me I do not have to accept the package since it was not properly delivered in time for the wedding. One day I was at work I received 11, eleven harassing text messages from [redacted], no business professional text or phone call asking if we can resolve the issue. [redacted] harassed me as if he was a street thug, [redacted] made comments by text quoting directly, "I'm not playing with you [redacted] u will pay for this ring one way or the other," advising me I better accept the FedEx delivery when he sends it back to me or he will take me to court. I clearly communicated to [redacted] in previous conversations the date I was getting married and that was communicated to him when I paid him off, I am already married, I already have a ring. I honestly feel if I would not have called my bank or filed this complaint, I would be out of $2020, with [redacted] making no attempt to refund, make a phone call, send a text, or deliver a product. I would like to be refunded for all of my trouble, hassle, my wedding memories being ruined, and for the lack of integrity from the company Avianne.Desired Settlement: I am a full time student, I do not have money to just give away, my wedding experience was ruined because of all the hassle I had to go through to get a ring for my wedding. I want to be refunded the $270 I put towards the ring I ordered for my wedding, that was never delivered for the wedding. on time for the wedding.

Review: Purchased item on 9/**/2014 for my dying wife. It was our 5th Anniversary on 9/**/2014. Chose the 2 day fedex option. Called Thursday, the gentleman I spoke to told me that the item was being being cleaned and maintained, apologized it would not arrive until next week. He told me he would be in touch thru the weekend with an update. I emailed Saturday as I did not receive said update. Tonight, I called to follow up, and the Customer Service Rep told me the price went from $320 to $950. This is sickening, and he put the [redacted] on the phone, demanded I pay the $950 or he will cancel the transaction I paid for. This is a clear cut bait and switch with awful management.Desired Settlement: An item for the right price and not have to be forced to pay a much higher amount with this bait and switch tactic

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], AND THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY TO ME. This company has clearly violated general business agreements and went ahead with a bait and switch tactic. I have attached a copy of the reference I am speaking of. I paid for an item for $308.75 and they tried to charge me over $950 for it, only realizing that I was in the right which they forced a refund on me. I waited a week in status waiting for a tracking number for shipping, which they stated the item was being cleaned on Thursday. They clearly have no respect for the public with their false accusations of me swearing at them. I am very hurt at the direct comment in regards to my dying wife. I have been in touch with legal counsel with the matter, as the form of harassment was uncalled for. They bullied me on the phone because of an error on their end when they should have fulfilled their agreement according to paypal when the item was purchased paid for and processed. Please Revdex.com, review their actions.

Review: I purchased a men's ring, which I believed to have been "Black Diamonds", as described on Avianne & Co.'s website. Recently, my husband went to appraise the ring and the sales technician stated "this ring isn't worth five dollars", and "these are not diamonds". I then took this ring to two other places for their appraisals and received the same response. This prompted me to contact the company and inquire about my purchase: what did I buy? The receipt says that I purchased "black diamonds" however, the response from the company says that they are "enhanced stones". The retail price listed was $2075.00 dollars, with a slash through it; having a sale price of $744.00. I requested some sort of reimbursement due to false advertisement and the fact that the ring is not even worth $100.00. After much back and forth via email, it was evident that I, the consumer, was not going to be reimbursed for anything from this company. At this time, I am requesting to have this item returned and for me to be refunded 100%.Desired Settlement: I wish to send the company this silver plated, false-stoned ring back, and to be fully refunded.

Review: on 10/*/14 Purchased a diamond tennis chain 19 inches 8.77 Ctw for $ 6,500 and was provided with an appraisal certificate. I told the vendor that I would have the item checked and that would return it if found any problems. On 10/*/14 I received an independent appraisal stating 5.87 ctw and that the necklace is in worn condition with pitting and scratches on the metal. (worn could be an indication of used or possibly stolen item). I have requested either a price adjustment of $2,000 to reflect the difference in ctw or return the item for full refund. Needless to say that the vendor and its [redacted] are refusing both. Also refuse to talk or discuss matter further. I have intention to pursue this matter to the end but I am concerned that you may have a merchant in NYC that sells used goods without regard to the consumer. I find this very deceptive and these type of vendors should not be allowed to operate a business in the State. Selling used good for new is very deceptive and raises red flags as the true origin of the goods. Could they be stolen?Desired Settlement: At this point I would accept a partial refund of $2,000 to reflect the correct price ($4,500) that should have been charged based on the actual weight of 5.87 ctw and not 8.77 as represented by the vendor. I am willing to keep the necklace and clean it really good. Returning for a full refund is the other option but, I don't trust the vendor as I am afraid that I return the chain and then I don't get a full refund and I lose both the chain and the money. This vendor cannot be trusted.
