Review: My Agent ([redacted]) ###-###-#### [email protected] and I have been trying to buy a house in Agoura hills.We feel that [redacted] is having prejudice against us possibly because of our ethnicity and background and our last names. Also, when we have placed offers on the listing. She is quite unethical and makes up lies and does not return calls to My Agent in a timely fashion. Regarding offers or Feedback from Seller. This is our only form of communication. So this needs to happen.1) When we wanted to put an offer and get feedback. She would say she can not contact seller and she is having a family dinner. [redacted] We never got a response back. 2) When we submitted an offer again she said that the Seller is having a Spa day and can not make a decision. [redacted] We never got a response back.3) When our Agent [redacted] calls her. [redacted] She does not pick up4) When our Agent [redacted] calls from a different number [redacted] She picks up thinking it is a new client and then when she sees it's him asking about how offer is going. She laughts at him.5) She is not honest about her communications and does not respond with valid solutions and knows all the loopholes to delay and not get to the bottom of rejecting the offer or accepting it. 6) When My Agent tried to act upon a Counter Offer that Maria send to us and we wanted to accept that Counter offer and make the deal happen. Maria told our Agent that even if you guys agree with this offer. We have to acknowledge it and we will not do that.These are some of the reasons that we are filing this formal complaint.
