In February my family and I were moving from North Carolina to Colorado on active military orders and we were on a waiting list for on post housingWe looked a few apartments that offered short term lease agreementsAviator Apartments looked nice online and the price was decent at just over per month for a two bedroom that was pet friendlyWe contacted them over the phone while still in North Carolina and agreed to sign a month leaseOnce we got to the office to sign the lease we were informed that the price was going to be higher because of the month termThen when it came time for the office manager to sign the lease she had another person in the office sign the lease agreement with her nameSo she never actually signed the documentsToday I went in to turn in my keys and she told me I will be charged an extra two months of rent because she remembers telling me when she signed my lease that I had to provide a day noticeThis was never disclosed
I give it one star It was purchased several months ago, it is now filthy in the hallways at all times The pictures they have posted are old and the new management staff is the rudest I ever dealt with Its crazy and we hate it here now, good thing our lease is almost up
In February my family and I were moving from North Carolina to Colorado on active military orders and we were on a waiting list for on post housing. We looked a few apartments that offered short term lease agreements. Aviator Apartments looked nice online and the price was decent at just over 800 per month for a two bedroom that was pet friendly. We contacted them over the phone while still in North Carolina and agreed to sign a 3 month lease. Once we got to the office to sign the lease we were informed that the price was going to be higher because of the 3 month term. Then when it came time for the office manager to sign the lease she had another person in the office sign the lease agreement with her name. So she never actually signed the documents. Today I went in to turn in my keys and she told me I will be charged an extra two months of rent because she remembers telling me when she signed my lease that I had to provide a 60 day notice. This was never disclosed.
