I have been overcharged by Anthem for my Insulin and pain medication since Jan, I have called the company on three separate occasions regarding this matter and have not received any answer on whey there has been an increase in the cost of the above medication (*** formerly cost $monthly, I am now paying $monthly.) My insurance premium is deducted monthly from my Social Security check and I am wondering why my prescription coverage has changedThis increase in my co-pay will cause me to go into Doughnut Hole earlier than in past yearsAlso enclosed is a letter from Anthem stating my Nursing & Bath Services will be eliminated as of 5/11/
Dealer was told only fix the sunroof if Hyundai would cover under warranty Hyundai would not cover the total Dealer could not get it back in
Hyundai was taken in (4/6/2016)for warranty recall for brakesI told the dealer the sunroof did not operate and if Hyundai would cover under warranty to fix itI called and Hyundai would only pay half of $2,400, so I said do not fix itThe dealer would not get the sunroof back in and left me parts in the back seat and taped my sunroof which is sitting up about 1/2" will leak and can not be drivenThey kept my car days and then told me it was readyWhen I got there I saw the roof and told them this was not fixed or acceptable Service manager *** *** said he had done all he could do The sunroof was flush and not leaking when they got itThe break lights also had not been fixed when I got there and had to wait 1/hours for that to get fixedI have pictures and also email trail from *** *** who was my service age
Charge me for insurance after I cancel it outyears agoI cancel the insurance in February they gave me money back to January and February of but not the rest of the money they owe me

horrible horrible car dealershipMedlin Hyundai *** *** *** *** do not go here and try to get a carmy son tried to get approved for a car and was deniedthey ran his credit times through many different loan companieswithout his knowledge then asked if my son had a co signeri gave them permission to run my credit only once(through one bank only) and they gave their word they would not run it more than onceguess what? they ran it timesnow I have credit inquiries on my credit report from this one dealership!!!! im trying to help my credit and these people did not care about that!!! This dealership is deceitful and nothing but liars!!!

Blue Cross Blue Shield has not issued rewards cards after my employer pays for the rewards program
My employer and Blue Cross give rewards cards for obtaining physicalsWithin days of the physical, the rewards card should be issued to the mobile health app or sent via mailMy employer states the issues with the rewards cards is Blue Cross and Mobile health app issueEither way Blue Cross is not issuing the cards
