I cancelled my account with Avid loan studio on or around October 1st. I left a voice message and a written message on their website. I was on a month-to-month billing cycle. I told them I had a new website and had re-directed all my URLs to that new site, and no longer needed their service. However, they continued to bill me for October, November, December and Now January.
I have asked them repeatedly to cancel my service with absolutely no response by phone or email.
They now owe me $80 by my calculation since they bill me at $19.95 per month.
