Review: Avid advertised a special offer to customers buying the software package Pro Tools 12, on November the [redacted] 2015(Black Friday). The offer consisted of delivery of the Pro Tools 12 software, as well as software plug in devices - namely Smack! (a virtual audio compressor) and Eleven (a virtual guitar amp) all as perpetual licenses from Avid, as I had paid £156.00GBP.

As of the [redacted] November 2015 I have not received the software called Smack, despite numerous e-mails to Avid's customer support. Neither have other customers ([redacted]).Desired Settlement: I would like the software 'Smack!' to be delivered into my customer account at [redacted]. Further I would like the iLok code that unlocks the software enabling its used to be sent to my iLok account.
