Review: I placed an order with this company on Thursday March [redacted] . I paid for $30.00 for overnight delivery by [redacted] and wrote a note on the order form where there was a space provided requesting a phone call if the company could not fulfill the order by the next day, Friday, March [redacted]. I have not yet received this order and in fact spoke with [redacted] and they had not yet received the package as of Monday, March [redacted]. I then spoke with [redacted] in the Aviglatt office and he assured me that I would receive a full refund of $119.02 and that the order will be cancelled. He asked me to send an email reflecting my cancellation.

I did and received this in response :Good day

Please be advised that you have requested to cancel an order that has already been processed and scheduled for shipment today 03/**/2015

In order for us to cancel this order we will have to charge a 25% restocking fee

Please respond as soon as possible Indicating what you want us to do

I spoke with [redacted] the manager. He was unapologetic and insisted that either I receive the order and pay for it or pay a 25% restocking fee. I told him that I would refuse the shipment and that I would not pay the restocking fee since someone should have called me and the order should never have been packaged or shipped.Desired Settlement: If this 25% restocking fee is charged, it will not be paid. I would like a letter of apology and for this company to provide better company service.
