Regarding the complaint that was received by Carol M [redacted] our position on the matter is below for your review.As agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send a 30-Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a Day Trial, which begins the date of the orderThe customer has Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if they would like to continue receiving it monthlyIf they decide that they do not wish to receive the product monthly, all they need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel their Trial for themWe did not receive a cancellation request in the Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered.We do want to apologize for any inconvenience that these charges may have caused the customer and as a courtesy, we have refunded, in full, a total of Please be advised that refunds typically take 5-business days to process based on the time it takes for the consumer’s financial institution to process the credit in their system Thank you,Avila Customer Dispute Department

I would like to thank the Avila Skin Company for issuing me a full refund of my money. I am ready to consider this issue resolved save for a couple of clarifications that need to be made. First, I only became aware that I had subscribed to a recurring product...

purchase on 10/12/17 after viewing my bank statement and seeing the pending charges. To pretend that the subscription is well advertised is false. This is a company that hides behind the stolen imagery of successful companies like Amazon. On 10/12/17 immediately upon seeing my bank statement - I called the company and cancelled the subscription that I learned I had "signed up for".  Secondly, I have NOT received any product from Avila as of yet other than the "free" trial samples. Therefore I have nothing to return and hope that Avila will not charge me in the future for not returning the items they initially charged me for. If I do receive any Avila shipments - I will return them to sender unopened.  Thank you for your time and consideration,  Crescent Smith

order. The customer has 14 Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if they would like to continue receiving it monthly. If they decide that they do not wish to receive the product monthly, all they need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel their Trial for them. We did not receive a cancellation request in the 14 Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered.We do want to apologize for any inconvenience that these charges may have caused the customer and as a courtesy, we have refunded, in full, a total of 109.31. Please be advised that refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process based on the time it takes for the consumer’s financial institution to process the credit in their system.  Thank you,Avila Customer Dispute Department
