Avila continued to change my rent rate, it fluctuates monthly. I paid my rent on time plus utilities and even spoke with Avila on final payments and payed early. Owing only $44 for utilities after waiting for her to provide the proof for the utilities, Only to be charged for a full mths of rent plus late charges and an additional $17 with no proof of where these charges came from. We payed our last 2 mths worth of rent 3 weeks early. One being $921.70 for Jun of 2020 and an additional $110.84 for July(our lease was up July 4th) still all payed in full. Now we are being told we owe $965, for a full mths of rent plus late fees which is not accurate because we moved out on the 10th of June owing nothing but $44.
lol..... she isn't reading it correctly. It is in green with a - sign in front which means that she has a CREDIT of $110 that she paid as a prorate for the final 4 days of July when her lease ends. She only owes utilities.........the resident portal does not reflect when people have prorates. The leasing agent explained this to her in the office... not sure why I am receiving this email. She doesn't owe a full month in July. Only 4 days. Please see the attached.

I am ready to pay my full balance and be done with AVILA! No more hidden fee’s! Final payment is X amount and that’s it!, and accurate rate! Every time I talk to them they say ok this is the late payment but then this will come then we charge you for this.
