I am rejecting this response because:
This dealer said if we had issues to bring it back and they would "make it right". We first brought this to their attention a week after purchase. We took this car to have a check engine light checked which was a 5 minute diagnostic that determined this was an oxygen sensor. This owner will do nothing to "make it right". His only response is that mechanics in this area overinflate their repair prices and it is not his problem. This man is not sticking by his word and not conducting good business. He most certainly does not deserve a better business rating of A+ which is something that consumers like myself take very seriously. This car does not perform the function that this gentleman assured us that it would which is safely get me to and from school daily, and to San Antonio and back for reserves on a monthly basis. This car dealer knowingly put me in an unsafe vehicle. we are now stuck with a $5500 unsafe vehicle unfit to drive.
