In regard to the complaint,I had no idea she wasn't happy with the work as I personally if all was good. we came backe several times to fix any problems she found asap. I told her it would probably take  a week but we were done in three days. I had four guys working and they work very...

good together and were finished in in a timely matter.not all jobs take the allotted time as I always take a few extra days in case of rain.[redacted] never called and said she wasn't happy with our work and I replaced all the wood that we had discussed.If we missed something all she had to do was say something and I would be more than happy to have done it at no cost but she never even gave me a chance to fix the problem.we put normal gutters , at no charge. we primed all the wood that needed to be primed if we missed something all she had to do was call me back and we would be back and I told her this over and over as she called me twice and I went over immediately the next day to fix whatever she wanted and to this moment all she has to do is call me back to fix whatever problem needs to be fixed..We put treated wood as specified we didn't cut any corners to save money I installed treated material as I told her we would.I told her the treated wood would have to dry first before paint could be put on it so that it would cure.I asked her that I was going to put a sheet of 4X8 treated plywood but she said she wanted the orginal look but they didn't have any so I put regular pine 1x5by1/2pine to match the rest of the porch. we will be glad to fix any problems that she has at no cost  but we did not leave in a hurry  as my workers know that the job has to be done correctly.
