T82FUpon taking pictures of his license plate and truck, the driver who almost wrecked my car and then proceeded to lock my keys in it out of spite threatened to call the cops on my boyfriendThe absolute only reason these guys were called is because our insurance company sent them to retrieve my car, which had broken down in a side neighborhood off of I-The driver should only have taken an hour to get there, so we were told, but took twoWe had informed the insurance company that the keys were also locked inside the car; upon arriving, the driver told us that it would be fine and he would tow it anywayAs soon as we pulled out of the neighborhood, my car was whipped around his truck and drug through the grass before he finally got it togetherShortly thereafter, the driver finally pulled over and tried to charge my boyfriend $to get the keys out of the car (we were later told, when we called to complain, that the company does not permit this kind of behavior and money should only be exchanged through the owners)And then, when we finally got home, the driver INTENTIONALLY locked my keys back in my carI have never been so angry in my life, and I have never hoped so badly that a business gets run into the ground as badly as I wish now to see this company go out of businessWhen we tried to call and complain about our experience, we were disregarded and told that we would receive a call back from the ownersNo such call has found its way to us, but I will be holding Aviles and Gabe's completely responsible for any damage done to my axles or tires during the reckless and unwarranted treatment of my carMy insurance company already knows
The people at this company are very rude and do not have any professionalism about their self .I went in today because I was involved in a car accident when to get my personal items out of my vehicle , the lady in the office just gave me a clipboard and told me to fill it out didn't say hi or anything and gave me the keys to my vehicle and asked for my driver's license and insurance , no customer service etiquette at all and the tow truck driver that was there was very rude as wellhorrible customer service and unprofessionalismNever have your car towed to this business!!!! Just left me standing there while they handled the phones and paperwork, did not even acknowledge that I had been standing there for minutes

This company is very rude and unprofessional. They didn't even have a form for me to release my car to the insurance company, just had me write it on a blank paper. Refused to let us get a custom radio out, even tho it was approved by the insurance adjuster.
