Avion Technology bills fraudulently for work they never do, their technology is far below the standard for the United States and their project managers are argumentative and disrespectful
Billing: The team will do everything to stretch out the hours they bill youThey even billed me for a task that I never asked forAfter informing them repeatedly that I did not want this task done, they continued to do it and still billed me for itAfter I disputed the hours they claimed they would remove them, but later those hours were backI can only conclude that they are dishonestCompleting tasksOn numerous occasions I received an email that a certain task was completed and I looked at the site to see that it was not completed or even startedThe project manager tried to blame it on my browser, but when I finally saw his screen on a screen share during a go to meeting, it was clear the tasks were not done
Technical capacity: They have a server that is either terribly small or overloaded and they obviously spend the money they earn on things other than technologyAnother thing I discovered about this company is they DO NOT SAVE EACH VERSION of the changesSo if they make a mistake and create a bug, like they did in my case, they cannot go back to a previous saved versionThat may explain their willingness to bill me for work I did not ask for and work they did not completeBecause they had to spend hours looking for a mistake they made with inferior technologyAlso, there is only one computer that has your code on itIf that computer goes down,YOUR CODE IS GONE
Project management: The project manager Raghu has a style that causes conflict and misunderstandingsHe does not monitor the progress of the project or even look at the workWhen there are questions, he will argue with you and play cya rather than making sure the work is doneHe will argue endlessly to cover himself from blame rather than trying to find a solutionHe was very disrespectful to me personally and ignored my requests for information
I would never use this company ever againEven if they treat another client better than they did me, even if they bill fairly and do the work, their technology in India is dangerously out of date and not really capable of keeping the client's code safe from bugs, crashes, security issues and delaysTheir project managers don't seem to know about the work from a technical standpoint and seem to have the function of arguing with the client
