I bought a 2008 Chevrolet Impala from Drivetime on November [redacted]. The [redacted] sensor was broke and was guaranteed to be repaired. I also noticed some shaking and grinding and was advised to have that serviced as well. So I took the recommendation and had it all serviced. They stop fixed the [redacted] and explained they couldn't find anything wrong with the shaking. They balanced and rotated the wheels, I was told that was what the issue was. Took it back the next day and told them No I still have shaking and grinding. They advised me that it may be a bent rim. They Advised nothing else afterward. A month down the line I take my car in a routine oil change and all point inspection, where they found a leaking Oil Valve and destroyed break pads and rotors. They in-network stop at a different location admitted work was not done properly and things were over looked. Now I'm out of 1200 bucks in repairs after making a $440 car payment. I spoke with [redacted] - [redacted] who was highly rude and very insensitive.
