Review: I brought in a clean pair of slacks to be pressed and the intitial charge was $4.00. I came to pick up the slacks and they were not pressed well. I was advised by the clerk to have them cleaned for $4.75 for a better result. I came again to pick up the slacks and they were still not pressed well. I left the slacks a 3rd time to be pressed and there was not improvement when I picked them up. I informed the clerk and she advised me to go to another cleaners and insisted that I pay the charge of $4.75 which I did.Desired Settlement: Issue a refund in the amount of $4.75
