Done with this company, too much lying and deceiving involved, sorry way to run a business.
Ordered 3 weeks ago when the complete upper was still in stock. Their shipping policy states that items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days. It has now been 3 weeks since my order.
I understand being overwhelmed with orders, and that's when you change the status of your goods to "Back-ordered". People that don't want to wait will do business elsewhere and that it just fine.
I have been in contact with [redacted] for 2 weeks now, finally [redacted] told me that it was shipping Friday night. A shipping notice was sent to me Friday with UPS tracking number saying that a ups shipping label had been created for my address. It showed that it will be delivered this Wednesday (2/25/2015). The UPS tracking hasn't moved since it was created, I inquired to an inside source at UPS and they old me that there was no physical scan on this package. Meaning that it was never picked up from their offices in LA.
I'm guessing that they created in order to deceive me and to get me off their back (I called every 3-4days).
Anyhow I called today and spoke to [redacted] again asking for clarification about the shipment not being delivered nor on it's way according to UPS. He said that he will have to talk to his boss [redacted] to figure out what it going on and he assure me that he will be giving me a call back today before the end of their business day. Never heard back from them. Called twice at 1715 on 2/25/15 and then threw the towel.
I'm done playing games with them, I am requesting a charge-back with Amex and reporting them to their local Revdex.com. My patience had worn too thin, I will take my business elsewhere, to one that does not make money through scamming people.
Stay away people, go spend your money someplace that at least gives 2 [redacted] about their customers.
