Review: Took my car to Avis Lube on Saturday 2-** for an oil change only. I specified oil change only to the attendant who took my car into the shop and then again when he tried to up sell me other products including a new Honda oil filter. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying to me as his accent was thick. I said again "oil change only". I thought he understood as he said "ok". However, when the car was finished and I was paying I was charged for the oil filter. When I told the cashier I did not ask for that and told the guy twice, oil change only, the attendant told me "don't' tell me tell the guy who did your car". So not only did I pay for something I did not want I feel the customer service at this shop leaves alot to be desired. I ended up paying for the filter because it was in the car already and out of the shop in the driveway. I told the cashier that he lost me as a customer and that did not even phase him. I guess they don't need the business.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for what I paid for the filter. I had a coupon for the oil change it should have been 19.99 plus tax. I paid 32.58 including tax.

Review: I went to have my vehicle inspected at this establishment on 11/**/14. The mechanic called me into the shop to tell me that my signal light was out and said they replaced it and the cost of that they took care of. But then took me to the drivers side rear tire and said that my pads were low and I needed to have them changed and it would cost another $119 to have the pads replaced. I have experience with brakes and saw that the pads were low BUT NOT metal to metal and had plenty of meat on them to pass inspection. I explained to him there was NO rotor damage and the pads were fine enough to pass inspection. He said ok and proceeded to put the tire on to pass the inspection. When I went back into the waiting room the mechanic took the pads off and claimed they were cracked. I said they are not and you are trying to up sell me and he told me he would not pass my vehicle unless I paid the $119 change the pads. I know pads can cost anywhere from $20-$60 which is not even close to $119.

I then asked to speak to the [redacted]. The [redacted] told me the pads were metal to metal. I said no they are NOT otherwise there would be damage to the rotors. He said that happens sometimes. I replied no it does NOT. The [redacted] then replies yours is ALMOST done so I ASKED WHAT IS IT DONE OR ALMOST DONE!! He then said I did NOT know what I was talking about and walked away.

The original mechanic drove my car out. I then asked him for my original inspection sticker the mechanic said I'm not giving you [redacted] and an argument insued.

I then called the police and he explained that I should call the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my cash refunded because my vehicle should have passed inspection.

Review: brand new wiper blades installed on car somehow had a tiny rip at inspection . believe rip put there by mech to make extra money on inspection. been going there for very long time will nvr return again.Desired Settlement: refund cost of wiper blade
