I am rejecting this response because:
Nigel is a *** *** He was the one who told me when I returned the car on Father's Day, which was the last day of that last contract., I would receive $back Also I returned the car days Earlier than the due date I paid $in cash which was to cover that entire period So I am owed a refund of days of not even having the car His British as needs to go back home This is not the way business is done here in America You haven't heard the end of this I will take this to the News stations that help people who have been swindled Corporate is not going to want this publicity Furthermore I have a Masters Degree in Finance I know how to calculate numbers do you?

Customer rented a vehicle from Budget Car Rental on 03/22/- 06/14/Contracts are written days, and are then closed out and re-openedMs *** final rental agreement was on 05/18/and the vehicle was finally returned at 554pm on 06/14/Ms *** is not due any creditAs we
have explained several times to the customer, credit card holds are placed on the bank issued cards and are used for rental payments accordingly as that particular rental agreement is closedOnce a new rental agreement is opened, a new hold is placed on the card, and again used accordingly at the end of the day period if the vehicle is in fact kept that longAny holds that are placed and that are not used are released by card holders bankThis is a release and will NOT show as a creditI advised Ms*** over weeks ago that she may wish to contact her Credit Card Company and if necessary, dispute any charges that she feels are incorrectAfter the initial day rental and if there are continuous rentals, a $per day credit for the Domestic Security Fee for those additional days is posted to the rental agreementMs *** received a credit of $for the period of 05/- 06/and an additional $credit for the period of 005/- 06/No additional credits are dueI has been explained to Miss *** several times by numerous Rental Agents, the Assistant Manager, Global Customer Care and I have also explained the processIt would appear that Ms *** has the understanding that a credit will initiate a refundThis is not the case, a credit is posted to the rental agreement and is deducted from the final charge of each rentalMs*** has been furnished with all receipts for the entire rental period, the rental agreements have been audited by the company and are deemed correctPlease feel free to contact me with any further questionsSincerely, Nigel B*** Area manager Car Rentals Inc., dba Avis/Budget Car Rental
