I was told it would be taken care of and she said never turned over to collections. She said she would be in contact and I have not heard back since the 1st phone call. She said the collection agency would send me a letter saying that is was not on mine or my husbands credit and I still have not received that. They still do not know where the $750 that we paid went and have not heard anything back on that either. Taking way to long!

I finally got the breakdown of the bill but have yet to receive a letter showing that this will not be on my credit. Centura told me that I should receive a letter showing that it will not be on my credit. I never received another phone call regarding the matter or letter stating that it was taken back from collections.
