I have been very courteous to both***The issue I have is that they have not been able to identify a specific area of damage to their furniture and it does look great to meIt is a pile fabric and does look darker and lighter
depending on how it is brushedI did speak with the Revdex.com prior to the ***'s registering this complaint and took the advice that was given to me from the Revdex.comI do not accept the fact that the furniture is damaged or that we were negligent in any manner

I do not understandWe did point out the specific damage to the couch and love seat, i.ediscolouration of the material and blotches that were not there prior to his company cleaning themWe have photos of the couch taken before the cleaning to prove itIf *** felt there was no damage, why did he offer replacement or recovering in the first place? Admission of fault? Their attempt to reset the pile was unsuccessfulIn fact, I believe after four (4) complete cleaning attempts to correct the problem has only made it worse and the blotches and discolouration are permanently embedded in the fabric*** was courteous face to face but on the phone he was notHanging up on my wife was neither profession or courteousOn our last contact with ***, my wife left a message on his phone stating that we wanted our money back for cleaning our couch ($***) as well but he didn't even return that callI do not know how long this process with the Revdex.com takes but this matter has been on going since May and I suspect it will drag on furtherThis does not include Small Claims Court if satisfaction is not reached***'s offer of $*** is insulting but we are prepared to accept settlement of $*** plus the $***

I maintain that the furniture was not damaged through the cleaning processI have withdrawn any offer to settle and the settlement was only previously offered to show good willI will accept the terms of the mediation process through the Revdex.com and will also accept to pay the depreciated value of the furniture if it is proven that we did indeed damage the furniture

The $*** offer of "good will" is still so insulting*** still has not answered of previous question as to why he initially offered to replace or reupholster our couchesWhat ever happened to "satisfaction guaranteed? We are really in a "no win" situationIt is their way or no wayWhat about returning the initial cost for the cleaning? If they really want to make an offer of "good will", we are prepared to accept $*** compensation
