The Owner contacted me to try to have the review taken downThen he assured me he would personally send my file to the hiring company as I was qualified and that his Junior associate probably stopped all communications with me as she realized she made a mistake by asking the questions she askedThis is news to me that I do not have the qualifications as this is not what I was communicated over the phone by the owner himselfHowever, after reading this letter, I definitely do not wish to be represented by such company as they will say one thing to you, turn around and do the oppositeIt is basic to give a job description to a candidate prior having them confirm the compensation they would receive, reminding the candidate that legal proof of work eligibility will also need to be shown for the hiring process at a later date, versus asking me a copy of my green card when I have not even been interviewed yetHowever those simple steps were not done properly, and suddenly, my qualifications are in questionsI then wonder why they contacted me first place after reviewing my resume for the said position.I was not the one who contacted them, they contacted me

As part of the process of vetting candidates for our clients as well as our obligations under law, we request salient information of candidates. Given our extensive experience in this field, we do have a well-established process around this. Notwithstanding this process and our internal training, junior level resources occasionally do not necessarily do a stellar job at communication. This appears to have been one of those instances, which we will look to remedy.

The Owner contacted me to try to have the review taken down. This is news to me that I do not have the qualifications as this is not what I was communicated over the phone by the owner himself. However, after reading this letter, I definitely do not wish to be represented by such company as they will say one thing to you, turn around and do the opposite.
