was out datedI apologized for this and told him we would take care of the situation right away and thanks him for callingOf course he could have brought the pop in for a full refund or trade, however he specifically said he was not looking for that, he just wanted us to be aware of the problemI'm sorry for his inconvenience and I hope he continues to frequent our business

That is not true I did call yes she never said thank you I sai I was a half hour away by then and did know what they could do all she sai was oh okay ill have someone change them and then hung up on me
