Since 1988, Avjobs Inchas serviced thousands of customers globally and has one of the highest placement rates in our industryWe fully acknowledge the Subscriber's complaint however, the
complaint involves a billing issue and is outside the scope of the Revdex.com customer service evaluation and dispute resolution process
It is important to note that the Revdex.com acts as a third party intermediary that helps companies and their customers understand their obligations and commitments, and not as a source for requesting a refund or forgiving a financial obligation
Avjobs understands our customers' unique financial situations due to unemployment etcand make every effort to provide alternative payment options for services renderedIt is unreasonable for the Subscriber to presume they are not responsible for paying for services rendered and/or administrative fees
Financial disputes misplaced with the Revdex.com are unfortunate and do not relieve the customers financial obligationAvjobs appreciates the Revdex.com 's regard for our commitment and adherence to all published policies
The Avjobs Terms of Use clearly states that Subscribers are responsible for all recurring Subscription billing charges until cancellation and that any and all Subscription fees are non-refundable
The customer purchased the Resume Hosting Free Day Trial on 5/27/The terms of the purchase are clearly disclosed during the registration process and again in the welcome email and are as follows:

Our rating with the Revdex.com is an A+ for good reason
Avjobs provides full disclosure of all pricing, terms of purchase and Terms of Use online on the registration pagesTerms also follow potential customers through the entire registration process so they can make an informed decisionBefore a potential customer submits the order for purchase, they are requred to agree to the Avjobs Terms of Use by reading the Terms and checking a box indiciating they have read and understand the Terms of UseIn addition, the specific terms of purchase are emailed to customers upon completion of registration to ensure proper disclosure
Avjobs mails a welcome activation letter to all new customers which also provides a reminder that they will be rebilled according to their subscription type and service plan through proper online, self-cancellation
When an account service plan billing is declined or becomes past due, Avjobs takes reasonable steps to notify the customer of balance due through friendly reminder lettersThe friendly reminders are sent through the US Mail and also via email as a courtesyIf payment has not been received within days, a late fee is applied and a 2nd friendly reminder is sent via postal mail and copied via email as a courtesyAfter days, a 3rd and final friendly reminder goes out informing customer that the account will be sent on for further collections if payment is not received in fullAvjobs does not threaten or harass customers for payment, but simply provides a friendly reminder so they know the status of their account
This customer agreed to a recurring charge at the completion of the registration process and authorized charges according the the account type and service plan purchased through proper self-cancellationCustomers are responsible for payment in full on account through proper cancellation submission
On May 27, 2015, this customer selected the Resume Hosting FREE Day Trial which auto renews at the very low rate of $per month after the first daysdays later, on July 26, the account became due for auto-renewal and the customer's credit card was declinedOn July 31, 2015, we sent customer the first friendly reminderCustomer is correct in stating that the account was officially cancelled on July 31st This cancellation came after customer was notified of the past due balance
As stated in the Avjobs Terms of Use, late fees are applied to accounts that are past dueThese fees are not illegal as customer statesFurthermore, accounts that go unpaid for days go on to collections for further collection activity
