I am rejecting this response because: when I requested the membership to end last feb. they are still charging me for march's dues of $9 which I won't use and the annual fee of $39 which I also won't use. that is unreasonable and unacceptable.
I've attached a copy of the agreement that details how the debits are processed, as well as the annual fee. No refund is due here but we have cancelled the membership per the member's request.

The member never requested or came in to sign the cancellation form but it was courtesy cancelled per this complaint
