she already pickup all items 07/29/2017. her order was completed by 07/29/2017

I called her to let her know , we will cancel her counter top order on 08/14/2017, she showed up 08/15/first in the morning, we refund the full amount of $see attachment. I donot know
what to say about this customer, even her contractor (***) called me to apologized what she did

Yes,  I did get a refund for the counter top and back splash a day before they were to come out a do the measurements.  The problem is I shouldn't have had  to pay extra for something the was written on the order form in June.  I spend my money for a service and a product . Their business practice is terrible.  I had to run around to found a new company to get my counter top and back splash.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
